Breakfast:1/2 cup of berries 1 banana 1/4 of cashews
Lunch:1cup of chicken potpie just the stuffing (it was fat free) green tea with Splenda 1 apple 1 slice of fat free turkey Thats all for now...:( - Im kind of hungry but I want to see a change! + I went to Anthropology and I could fit into a size 2! YAY! :D
